Dear Physiotherapy Colleagues,

Right to health is a fundamental right of every human being and it implies the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health. Right to the highest attainable standard is encapsulated in Article 12 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural RightsCEC Theme 2012: Let Us Pledge to Serve

We are planning to have many social responsible activities and patient awareness programmes during August and September, 2012 throughout India so that the entire country will be buzzing with the word “Physiotherapy”. Each one of us can contribute in our own way towards this programme. As we have sufficient time, we request all members to collaborate with other social service organizations like the Rotary, Lions, Jaycees, Round Table etc so that the reach of our programmes will be adequate. Please let us know what you are planning so that this can be uploaded into the IAP website.
