Women Working in institutions ,clinics , hospitals today are employed in many roles such as clinicians, academicians, development of learning resources, curriculum development, research work,consulting services etc.In order to work well in these different roles women need to develop proficiency in these areas such as subject knowledge,managerial skills, decision making and development of leadership.
So let's bring women in front and not behind every successful man And strengthen the core of Physiotherapy .
